A Preliminary Market Consultation is an open call in which any person, entity or company that wishes to contribute innovative ideas aimed at responding to a series of challenges or needs through technologies that exceed the performance of those available on the market can participate.
The consultation can provide, among other important information, data to define the functional and technical requirements and the appropriate budget and timeframe of the subsequent Innovative Public Procurement procedure.
